Multi-packs, discounted bundles, shipping charges, and fees are excluded
Customers must obtain approval from customer service before return

Opened Products & Safety

Due to the nature of ingestible wellness products:

We do not accept general returns of opened items
The only exception is the single-unit first-purchase 30-day guarantee
Returned ingestible products are never restocked or resold

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please notify us within seven (7) days of delivery and include photos of the issue.

We may replace, repair, or refund the item at our discretion.

Orders cannot be canceled once placed.
